About Caleb

Caleb Mihlfeld - Vice President

Raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Caleb Mihlfeld grew up in a Christian ministry environment that fostered a strong foundation of service, compassion, and community responsibility. After graduating high school, he began his public‑service career in Stafford County and went on to serve with the Virginia Department of Corrections and the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice. These roles deepened his commitment to supporting individuals, families, and communities across the Commonwealth.

He later transitioned into community‑based work and  served as the Outreach Coordinator for Smooth Transitions of Fredericksburg. In this capacity, he assisted older adults and their families with downsizing, relocation, and major life transitions, ensuring they receive organized, respectful, and person‑centered support.

Beyond his professional role, Caleb Mihlfeld is actively engaged in grassroots nonprofit efforts, small‑business collaborations, and community development initiatives throughout the Fredericksburg region. He currently serves on multiple nonprofit and community boards in leadership capacities, contributing to programs that strengthen local resources, expand outreach, and build sustainable partnerships. This past election cycle he also advocated for many grassroots candidates and went to the Virginia general assembly to advocate for conservative causes and worked with many elected legislator’s to support conservative legislation.

His work reflects a long‑standing dedication to community impact, relationship‑building, and creating meaningful support systems for the people of Fredericksburg and the surrounding area.

I currently live in Lake Anna, Virginia, with my wife and three kids, and in my spare time I enjoy volunteering to support homebound veterans through nonprofit services and my local Sons of the American Legion. I also serve as vice president of my local Rotary Club, serve on the membership committee board for my local Kiwanis Club helping children in need, and serve on the board for Healthy Families, assisting families and children in need.
