 Assurance Wireless is a federal Lifeline Assistance program brought to you by Virgin Mobile. Lifeline is a government benefit program supported by the federal Universal Service Fund. 250min/mon air time. (888) 898-488. They provide free cell phone plans for eligible low-income families.

Free Medical Equipment

The Foundation for Rehabilitation Equipment & Endowment (F.R.E.E.) is a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) non-profit based in the state of Virginia. We collect, sanitize, and gift donated mobility equipment to low-income uninsured, or under-insured adults in Virginia.

Home Care Delivered: (800) 565-5644. Must have Medicaid (and for Diapers must be over 3). Provide incontinence supplies, breast pumps, and a variety of nutritional supplements.

WIC - Women, Infants & Children

WIC-Women Infants and Children Program–If your child is eligible for Medicaid and has a nutritional risk they may qualify to receive WIC benefits which cover basic nutrition needs for children ages 0-5.
